###  Eddy's Cantina: Tacos and Craft Beer in Tianmu, Taipei

 Sammy and I met up in Tianmu for tacos and craft beer at Eddy's Cantina, a place I'd been meaning to try for a long time. The fried fish, carnitas, and Grandma's recipe Hakka pork tacos were all good, the corn chips and salsas were great too. Unfortunately I forgot to buy the hot sauce to take home.

 Family-run Mexican spot in Tianmu serving home-style cooking since 2007. Chef-owner Eddy Gonzalez, a Canadian-born Mexican, makes everything from scratch daily using his mother's and grandmother's recipes — corn and flour tortillas, salsas, and fillings all prepared in-house with local ingredients. The menu covers nachos, enchiladas, chimichangas, tacos, and burritos, with carnitas sliders, fish tacos, and wet burritos. A large beer selection includes local craft brews.
