###  Late-Night Ramen at Salt Ramen 長生塩人 (Chángshēng Yánrén), Beitou

 Zeke was sure every ramen shop was closed by 10 pm, so we took a detour into Beitou for Salt Ramen (長生塩人). We both had the spicy miso ramen, with torched chashu, sous-vide chicken and noodles with a real chew, plus a side of the tart, spicy pickled radish.
