Fuhong Beef Noodles
Twenty-four-hour beef noodle shop in Wanhua near Beimen MRT. The NT$100 small bowl comes with tender beef chunks and chewy house-made noodles in a soy sauce broth, with unlimited refills on soup and noodles plus a free drink. Condiment stations at each table offer preserved vegetables, beef oil, spicy beef oil, and chili sauce for customizing the bowl. The menu also includes sesame sauce noodles, braised pork dry noodles, and dumplings. Formerly known as Jian Hong, the shop split from a family business and now operates under the Fuhong name.
