Yonghe's original 24-hour soy milk shop, established in 1955 by a Shandong veteran near Zhongzheng Bridge. The restaurant pioneered the combination of freshly ground soy milk with northern Chinese breakfast items like scallion pancakes, establishing Yonghe's reputation for soy milk that spread across Taiwan. The menu covers traditional breakfast staples: hot and cold soy milk in sweet or savory versions, youtiao, clay oven rolls, xiaolongbao, radish cakes with fried egg, rice balls, and egg crepes. Recent renovations replaced old plastic furniture with wood interiors and bamboo steamers. The open kitchen runs all day and night, a few minutes' walk from Dingxi MRT Station on Yonghe Road.
