Boat noodles come in small bowls for 55 yuan with rice noodles, pork slices, meatballs, bean sprouts, and fried garlic in a dark herbal broth with fish sauce and basil. The pork waterfall noodles and sour and spicy pork noodles are popular orders. Most people need two or three bowls plus side dishes to make a meal.
