Braised pork rice shop in Huaxi Night Market near Longshan Temple, operating since 1975 and renovated in 2019 with air-conditioned seating. The signature dish is 魯肉飯 "black gold" braised pork rice — gelatinous chunks in a dark, savory-sweet sauce that coats the rice. Steamed minced pork with pickled cucumber in broth comes with refills, and the mushroom version adds extra umami. The space is modern and larger than typical lu rou fan spots. Open 9 AM to 8 PM, closed Tuesdays. Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2019.
