麵匡匡拉麵食堂

MKK Ramen (麵匡匡拉麵食堂Miàn kuāng kuāng lā miàn shí táng) is a Taiwanese ramen chain that launched in 2022 and passed 100 stores by late 2024, almost all of them franchises. It's run by the same group as 老先覺 individual mala hot pot. The idea is "Taiwan-style ramen": broths that are lighter and less salty than at the Japanese shops, priced for an everyday meal close to home.

The pork bone (tonkotsu) ramen is the bestseller, alongside a chicken paitan with chicken breast, a soy sauce ramen, a Sichuan-style seared beef bowl and a milk and cheese ramen. Bowls run about NT$135–160, and an upgrade adds extra chashu and chicken for NT$60. Sides include karaage and a mentaiko chashu rice bowl, and there's usually a seasonal special on the menu.

You order at the counter, or pre-order for pickup online or through LINE. Because most locations are franchised, prices and opening hours vary a little from shop to shop.
