MKK Ramen - Neihu (Wende)

Taiwanese ramen chain with over 35 locations across northern Taiwan. The Neihu location sits on Wende Road near Wende MRT station. Blue and white interiors give the space a casual, modern look distinct from traditional Japanese ramen shops. The menu runs nine types of ramen with options to customize noodle thickness and firmness. Noodles go through three rounds of aging and nine presses before service. Signature items include salted egg yolk ramen and grilled bacon beef with garlic clams, the priciest bowl at NT$250. Standard bowls come with two slices of char siu, vegetables, and half a soft-boiled egg. Side dishes include fried chicken and fermented tofu. The restaurant accepts cash only.
