Six drinks run NT$50–80 for a large, from plain tea to winter-melon fresh milk, plus an NT$10 barley–winter-melon jelly topping. This is one of the few decaf bubble-tea options you can find at a major chain.

7-Eleven's CITY TEA 統一布丁焦糖出走咘布冰沙 turns Taiwan's iconic Uni-President pudding into a caramel slush (buy-2-get-1 through July 21), and FamilyMart's Fami!ce soft serve goes Lishan honey peach from July 5 with two cones for NT$55. Both are very tourist-accessible treats you can find in any convenience store. 7-Eleven also added Tahitian-lemon and Lalashan-peach ice-brick Americanos at NT$130.

The Hakka pavilion brings Bib Gourmand 東勢牛稼莊 and brewers like 恆器製酒; Chiayi's Tsou indigenous pavilion offers millet wine, maqaw sausage, and flying-squirrel coffee. Vegetarian sets from Grand Hyatt's Cha Yuan, 養心茶樓, 常不輕, and 五郎時食 are exhibition-only.
