Tea chain that claims to have invented bubble tea in Taichung in 1987, now with over 90 locations. The Taipei Station branch sits in the B2 level of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, accessible through Exit Z4. The original pearl milk tea remains the signature order, made with tapioca pearls discarded after three hours to maintain texture. The menu extends beyond drinks to beef noodle soup, spicy wontons, gaifan dishes, and lu wei. Staff rotate out pearls every few hours and train for six months to handle the 80-drink menu.
