Taiwanese chain serving minced pork rice in a clean, fast-casual setting near Fuzhong MRT. The signature braised pork rice uses fatty pork jowl stewed in soy sauce and topped with Japanese-style pickled carrot, a dish that won the Most Popular Award at Taipei's Traditional Food Carnival. Started as a street stall in 1960 and evolved into a McDonald's-style operation in the 1980s with standardized recipes and quick service.
