Fuhang Soy Milk
Taiwanese breakfast shop on the second floor of Huashan Market, a short walk from Shandao Temple MRT. Open since 1958. The thick bread uses laomian, a sourdough-like dough left to rise for at least 15 hours before baking. The signature dish pairs this bread with egg and youtiao. Salty soy milk comes curdled with vinegar, coriander, and fried bread. Sweet soy milk is also available. Cash only. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., closed Mondays.
