Formosa Chang - Huashan
Taiwanese chain serving lu rou fan near Huashan 1914 Creative Park. The signature braised pork rice features fatty pork stewed in sweet soy sauce ladled over rice, a dish that won the Most Popular Award at Taipei's Traditional Food Carnival. The menu also includes fried chicken, red fermented pork, and seasonal boiled greens. Free soup refills come with meals. Founded in 1960 as a roadside stall, the operation now runs over 30 locations across Taiwan plus branches in Japan.
