Tables come with split pots for multiple broths — the Sichuan spicy broth runs hot, while milder options like tomato-egg or kelp offer alternatives. Order hand-pulled noodles to see the tableside performance where a cook twirls dough like a ribbon dancer to music. A traditional Sichuan opera face-changing performer makes rounds through the dining room. The sauce bar has sesame paste, chili oil, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, scallions, and cilantro with English labels. Half portions available for meats, seafood, tofu, vegetables, and offal.
