Mercuries Beef Noodle (三商巧福): Fast, Everywhere, and Just Enough

Mercuries is the beef noodle chain you can walk past a hundred times without going in, always near a grocery store. I finally went back after a year and a half and ordered the NT$229 original beef noodle set. It's fast, it's convenient, and that's the high point.

Chain beef noodle shop inside the Prosperity Plaza building near Tamsui District Office LRT stop. Founded in 1983, the menu centers on clear and red-braised beef noodle soup with soy-simmered beef, wheat noodles, and vegetables, plus pork rib and chicken leg rice sets.
