The salmon is generally better than the tuna, and the pork floss sushi is worth trying despite its dry appearance. The chain uses thinner fish slices with more rice compared to competitors like Sushiro, but doesn't skimp on fish quality. Some locations offer steamed broccoli, okra, and salads alongside the standard sushi selection. Quality can vary by location and staff, with branches inside Carrefour stores tending to be cleaner with better execution.
