Conveyor belt sushi chain on the fourth floor of Carrefour in Sanchong. Part of Taiwan's largest kaiten-zushi operation with over 400 locations across Asia. All plates on the belt cost NT$30 and include salmon nigiri, tuna rolls, and Taiwanese variations like pork floss sushi. Diners grab what they want from the conveyor or order hand rolls and items not on the belt. Staff count plates by color at the end to calculate the bill. The Carrefour locations run cleaner than some other branches. Plates come covered with small plastic trays. Good for a quick meal after shopping.
