Whole corn cobs are boiled, coated in an oyster sauce and spice mixture, then roasted upright in a closed charcoal chamber until the glaze hardens into a crispy layer. The result is smoky and sweet with a salty spice that builds as you eat. Customers choose between white glutinous or yellow sweet corn, priced by weight at around NT$120. Located on the west side of the market, near the alternate entrance.
