正騰和Zhèng téng hé is a 鹽酥雞Yán sū jī stall, Taiwanese-style salt-and-pepper popcorn chicken. The menu hits all the standard reference points of the genre, plus a couple of fish-cake items rounding out the lineup.

The headline is the popcorn chicken itself, which the stall spells 鹹酥雞Xián sū jī on its big pink banner and 鹽酥雞Yán sū jī on the main price board: same dish, just two interchangeable ways of writing it that you'll see all over Taiwan. A small portion runs NT$50, a large NT$100. This is the default order if you've never had Taiwanese fried chicken before: cubed marinated boneless thigh.

The drumsticks get their own promo sign in yellow, flagged as the stall's featured pick with a five-per-customer limit and a "while supplies last" warning. The math works out to NT$40 per piece, the same as the main board. It's a featured-item callout, not a discount, but it signals the drumsticks as something the stall is proud of.

Then there's 七里香Qī lǐ xiāng literally "seven-mile fragrance," the standard euphemism on Taiwanese menus for chicken tail, the parson's nose. NT$30 a skewer. Small, fatty, intensely flavored bites that tend to be either your favorite thing on the menu or a one-time experiment. No middle ground.

The non-chicken half of the menu rounds out the typical fried chicken side selection: cuttlefish balls (花枝丸) at NT$35 a skewer, marlin fish cake (旗魚黑輪Qí yú hēi lún) at NT$25 a skewer — 黑輪hēi lún being the Taiwanese reading borrowed from Japanese oden — fried pork tenders (豬柳條Zhū liǔ tiáo) at NT$50, and sweet potato fries (地瓜薯條Dì guā shǔ tiáo) at NT$50.

The tagline on the banner sums up what the whole genre is trying to deliver: 香酥嫩Xiāng sū nèn — fragrant, crispy, tender.
