Xiaolongbao specialist in the basement of Tianmu SOGO department store. The restaurant makes soup dumplings with handmade dough folded into 18 pleats, served alongside chili oil wontons, fried rice, and shrimp shumai. Din Tai Fung started as a cooking oil shop in 1958 before switching to dumplings in 1972, and this branch maintains the same standards that earned the chain's Hong Kong location a Michelin star.
