Din Tai Fung - Xinyi
The birthplace of Taiwan's most famous dumpling chain, now split between two locations on Xinyi Road. The original shop at No. 194, opened in 1972, operates as takeout only. Each xiaolongbao arrives with exactly 18 folds in paper-thin wrappers, filled with pork and hot broth.
