Each dumpling gets eighteen pleats and arrives with a precise meat-to-soup ratio inside a thin wrapper. Beyond the signature pork and crab soup dumplings, the menu runs to sweet and sour pork, bitter melon pork rib soup, steamed taro buns, and pork chop fried rice. The branch holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand designation and operates a numbered ticketing system with no reservations.
