Taiwan G Tang - Zhuwei
Taiwan G Tang (台灣G湯) is a Tamsui-founded chain of herbal chicken soup restaurants with around 20 shops across northern Taiwan. The Zhuwei branch is on Minquan Road and is open 11:00 to midnight daily. Soups are cooked to order in single portions, with a choice of free-range chicken (土雞) or black-boned silkie chicken (烏骨雞). The signature is sesame oil chicken (麻油雞), alongside a pickled chilli chicken soup made with peeled chillies from Fenglin, Hualien (剝皮辣椒雞湯). The menu also has boneless milkfish belly soup and side dishes such as three-cup chicken wings. Dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
